Astoria Step-By-Step Guidance for Navigating the CCC Website

Astoria has contracted Carruth Compliance Consulting, Inc. (“CCC”) to assist with administration of its 403(b) Tax Sheltered Annuity Plan (“TSA Plan”). The TSA Plan is designed for retirement savings to supplement income from Social Security and your state pension plan. While we have strived to make navigation of the CCC website straightforward, this page is designed to provide introductory step-by-step guidance if needed.

Please contact CCC if you have any difficulty navigating the CCC website, or if you have any other questions about the Astoria TSA Plan.

Step 1

In your web browser, go to the CCC Home Page at www.ncompliance.com. Clicking on this link will open the CCC Home page in a new browser window/tab.

Helpful Hint: You may toggle back and forth as needed between this Step-By-Step Guidance for Employee Website Navigation browser window/tab and the CCC Home Page browser window/tab with initial tab description Carruth Compliance Consulting Home Page, the latter of which is the window/tab on which your website navigation will take place. (If you are willing to go to a bit more effort, you can use Control n on a PC or Command n on a Mac to open an entirely different browser window, copy the http://www.ncompliance.com/Default.aspx web address into the new browser window, and view both the Step-By-Step Guidance for Employee Website Navigation and the Carruth Compliance Consulting Home Page screens simultaneously, thus obviating the need to toggle back and forth between tabs within a single browser window.)

Step 2

Most pages on the CCC website have three columns:

  • A left-most column of navigation links, with major sections for Plan Transactions, For Employees, My Account, For Employers, For Vendors, and About Us;
  • A wider middle content column; and
  • A wider right-most content column.

You may find it useful to browse through the information in both content columns on this CCC Home Page. When ready, click on the blue-gray For Employees button just under the CCC header at the top of the page.

Step 3

Again, you may find it useful to browse through the information in right-most content column on this page. When ready, scroll down the list of CCC Clients and click on Astoria School District 1C.

Step 4

Yet again, you may find it useful to browse through the general information provided in the two content columns on this Astoria Employee Information page. However, if your primary interest is in Setting Up an Employee Login Account or Submitting an Online Salary Reduction Agreement (SRA), focus your attention on the Online Access and Enrollment section. In fact, you may have opened this website navigation guidance page from the Astoria Employee Information page.

Step 5

Yet again, you may find it useful to browse through the general information provided in the two content columns on this Astoria Employee Information page. However, if your primary interest is in Setting Up an Employee Login Account or Submitting an Online Salary Reduction Agreement (SRA), focus your attention on the Online Access and Enrollment section. In fact, you may have opened this website navigation guidance page from the Astoria Employee Information page.

CCC encourages Astoria employees to establish online accounts, but allows submission of paper SRAs for those who do not wish to create an online account. Click on the appropriate link in the Online Access and Enrollment section to:

  • Create an Online Account
  • Access a Printable SRA Form
  • Login To Your Online Account

If you need guidance, it is available in step-by-step format for each of the following:

  • Navigating the CCC Website (this page)
  • Creating an Online Employee Login Account
  • Enrolling in the Plan for the Very First Time
  • Changing or Canceling Your Current Contributions
  • Submitting a Paper SRA to Begin, Change, or Cancel Your Contributions
