CCC Fee Schedule

First Year Clients Only

CCC sets initial fees for new clients based on number of students for Public School Districts and based on number of employees for Education Service Districts and Colleges. Using the most recent number of students (reported to the state) as the benchmark for School Districts is primarily because number of students is the universal known and reported quantity nationwide.

Fees for Subsequent Years

After the first year of CCC services, fees are adjusted using a formula involving the following variables:

Number of Students - Note: Uses most recent number of students reported to the state.
Average number of Employees - Note: This includes all individuals that receive pay from the Education Service District or Community College for services performed, including part-time employees and substitute teachers.
Average number of 403(b) and/or 457(b) plan participants.
Average number of participants who exceed the basic elective deferral limits, and therefore require careful monitoring.
