SOESD Employee Information

403(b) Tax Sheltered Annuity Plan (TSA)

403(b) Plans generally serve as voluntary supplemental retirement savings plans designed to supplement retirement benefits available from State pension plans and Social Security. The IRS provides a Summary of 403(b) Plan Basics page and a 403(b) Plan Brochure for Employees on its website.

Online Access and Enrollment

You are currently logged in to your CCC employee user account for SOESD, which allows you to review information about your participation in the To Be Determined 403(b) Plan, including contributions to various vendors, account balances (if provided to CCC by vendors), and various transactions processed on your behalf by CCC (loans, hardship distributions, contract exchanges, plan-to-plan transfers, rollovers, required minimum distributions, etc.).

Also, you may modify your existing Salary Reduction Agreement (SRA) by changing amount(s) and/or selected vendor(s) and submitting a new SRA. If you would like to submit a new SRA, please use our online SRA system, for which there is no need to obtain, complete, and sign an SRA paper form. Click Here to submit a new SRA.

However, if you do not wish to create an Online Account but wish to enroll or change your current SRA, you may submit an SRA in paper format. Click Here to access a printable SRA form

CCC's Relationship with SOESD

CCC provides web-based 403(b) Plan Document service and annual announcements to SOESD on a contractual basis, which began on 3/24/2014. Please contact your Employer regarding enrollment procedures, Vendors holding Payroll Slots, or other aspects of administration of the 403(b) Plan.
