CCC Canby School District Changing Amount or Vendor

New Employee Login Accounts Available

CCC has launched an online employee login account program for Canby employees. By creating a CCC login account, you are enabled to review information about your participation in the Canby 403(b) Plan, including contributions to various vendors, account balances (if provided to CCC by Vendors), and various transactions processed on your behalf by CCC (loans, hardship distributions, contract exchanges, plan-to-plan transfers, rollovers, required minimum distributions, etc.).

Changing Monthly Amount Or Vendor

If you already have a 403(b) Salary Reduction Agreement in effect and you want to do any one or more of the following, then you must submit a new 403(b) Salary Reduction Agreement :

  • Change Your Total Monthly Contribution Amount
  • Change the Distribution of Your Total Among Current Vendors
  • Discontinue Contributions to One or More Current Vendors
  • Begin Making Contributions to a New Vendor
  • Cancel Your Contributions Entirely

 

If Adding A New Vendor

If you want to begin making contributions to a new vendor, then you must establish an account with the new vendor, complete a new 403(b) Salary Reduction Agreement , and submit the completed new 403(b) Salary Reduction Agreement after the new account has been established.
