General Status

Nationwide will no longer accept contributions to non-ERISA 403(b) accounts after December 31, 2008. Nationwide stopped accepting transfers and exchanges as of September 2007. Existing accounts may be maintained after December 31, 2008, but additional contributions will not be accepted. Nationwide will not sign ISA of third parties like CCC, but it remains unclear if they will have their own ISA available.
