The Timothy Plan (aka: Timothy Plan) - General Status

The Timothy Plan has informed CCC that the company has decided to remain a Vendor for a 403(b) Plan ONLY if The Timothy Plan is the sole provider for the Plan. That is, unless The Timothy Plan is the only Vendor holding a Payroll Slot in a 403(b) Plan, the company will no longer accept contributions into 403(b) accounts associated with the Employer's Plan. It so happens that as of 11/6/2008, only one CCC Client Employer lists The Timothy Plan as holding a Payroll Slot, and that Employer has several other Vendors with Payroll Slots. Therefore, CCC is treating The Timothy Plan as a Vendor that is vacating the 403(b) market.
