Janus (aka: Janus) - General Status

Janus definitely plans to cease being an eligible 403(b) vendor after December 31, 2008. Janus still offers products on other platforms (Lincoln Financial Group, AIG Retirement, Security Benefit Life, Nationwide Financial, etc.). Janus has not accepted exchanges or transfers as of September 25, 2007. While Janus is encouraging current participants to exchange their Janus account balances into accounts of other 403(b) Vendors, Janus is not requiring them to do so. Stay tuned, since this situation could change at any time.
