ING USA Annuity and Life Insurance Company is Vacating the 403(b) Market
CCC has learned that ING USA Annuity and Life Insurance Company (aka: ING USA Annuity) will not accept additional 403(b) contributions after 12/31/2008. Accordingly, it is necessary for Payroll Departments to cease remitting contributions to ING USA Annuity no later than 12/31/2008.

This Vendor will not accept contributions, exchanges, transfers, or direct rollovers into existing 403(b) accounts after 12/31/2009, nor will the company accept new 403(b) accounts.
