AllianceBernstein L.P. is Vacating the 403(b) Market
CCC has learned that AllianceBernstein L.P. (aka: AllianceBernstein) will not accept additional 403(b) contributions after 12/31/2008. Accordingly, it is necessary for Payroll Departments to cease remitting contributions to AllianceBernstein no later than 12/31/2008.

AllianceBernstein will no longer be offering the AllianceBernstein 403(b) custodial accounts to new clients and will not accept contributions to accounts after 12/31/2009.
