We have a Financial Consultant who would like to be added as an approved agent under my Company for a CCC Client Employer 403(b) Plan. Can you please let us know the procedure to do this?
Actually, Financial Consultants and Agents are not "approved" by CCC or CCC Client Employers, but rather they may be designated as "Local Contacts" for a Vendor by one of the Vendor Authorized Users authorized by CCC to manage content of the Vendor's section of the CCC website. You may contact CCC to obtain contact information for one or more of the Vendor Authorized Users, contact a Vendor Authorized User, and request inclusion among the Local Contacts for one or more CCC Client Employer Plans. If the Consultant/Agent is approved by the Vendor Authorized User, then the Vendor Authorized User has the authority to add the Consultant/Agent to the list(s) of Local Contacts in question.
