Individual CCC Client Employers

Empower Retirement (formerly Mass Mutual) requires the use of its own Information Sharing Agreement and the Empower Retirement (formerly Mass Mutual) ISA must be directly between Empower Retirement (formerly Mass Mutual) and the Employer. However, the Employer may designate CCC as the Employer's agent for information sharing.
