ENROLLMENT ALERT: American Funds accounts are to be opened with the assistance of an advisor. Please note that your employer's 403(b) plan does not require an authorization signature on the application and your advisor may fax the completed form directly to American Funds. Once you have verified the account was established and you have a account number, follow the 403(b) Enrollment Procedures linked above to begin participating in the plan.
TRANSACTION PROCESSING ALERT: If your transaction documents require a signature guarantee American Funds will require the original documents to process your transaction. To expedite the processing of a transactions requiring signature guarantee, please send it to CCC with a cover notating originals were sent via mail to American Funds, noting "plan administrator authorization to follow under separate cover". CCC will fax our authorization to American Funds (they do not require our original signatures).
