RBC Wealth Management will not be involved in the 403(b) market as of 2009. RBC will not accept any new contributions to existing accounts and will not open new 403(b) accounts. Existing accounts will continue to be managed by RBC Wealth Management. Information reflecting these changes will be mailed to existing clients the week of October 27 2008
