Requesting a Voya Transaction and Obtaining CCC Approval

Participants: You may initiate a request for Transaction Approvals online submission Voya Participant Website: voyaretirementplans.com. This is the process:

  1. A participant will complete an online request on the Voya site above.
  2. CCC will receive an alert to review your completed online request and, if everything is in good order, submit an approval via Voya's site
  3. The Participant should be able to see a status update once there has been an approval.

Special Instructions for Loans and Hardships: Loans are not available for online submission and must be done via a form that can be obtained from your advisor. Additionally, we will require CCC Loan Request Form, available here. While hardships may be requested via the Voya online interface, an additional steps are required including completing the CCC Hardship Request Form and the supporting documents, the form and details are available here.

Advisors: You may generate Voya forms for your clients via your Voya online access, Voya will mail the form directly to the participants for necessary signatures. Participant would then complete the form and return it to Voya, once received at Voya a notification goes out to CCC for approval.
