MassMutual definitely plans to remain in the 403(b) market. The MassMutual 403(b) investments will be limited to Artistry deferred variable annuity contracts. MassMutual submitted a CCC Umbrella HH-ISA on 2/9/2009 and the agreement was posted to the CCC website on 2/18/2009.
