Lincoln Financial has signed an amended CCC ISA that is Direct in nature due to Lincoln's requirement that Employers return a “Letter of Direction” and an “Indemnification Agreement” for the agreement to be honored. Employers may complete these documents by clicking on the "Exchanges and Transfers" link in the left-hand navigation menu, then see the Lincoln Financial link under the heading "Vendors with Individual Direct to District ISAs" for more information.
