Enterprise/State Street Bank Vacating 403(b) Market

Enterprise/State Street Bank is Vacating the 403(b) Market

CCC has learned that Enterprise/State Street Bank (aka: Enterprise/State Street Bank) will not accept additional 403(b) contributions after 12/31/2008. Accordingly, it is necessary for Payroll Departments to cease remitting contributions to Enterprise/State Street Bank no later than 12/31/2008.

If Enterprise/State Street Bank has provided documentation of its plans, such information may be viewed by clicking Here.

Additional Notes:

The name of State Street Bank and Trust (Enterprise) changed to Goldman Sachs in January of 2008. Then, Goldman Sachs decided to vacate the 403(b) market effective 12/31/2008. In an attempt to avoid confusion, both State Street Bank and Trust (Enterprise) and Goldman Sachs will be maintained on the website as Orphaned Vendors, even though they represent the same company now.
